Square 46 Mixed Use Development & White Star Market - Baton Rouge, LA

Square 46 is a new 27,088 SF multi story mixed use development on Government Street in Baton Rouge, LA.   This project included 6 apartment units totaling over 9,531 SF which was completely finished out and an additional 17,557 SF of shell tenant space that will be constructed for future tenant build outs.  

​White Star Market consisted of a 6,000 SF build-out at Square 46.  It was a contemporary gourmet food hall which housed many of the regions most unique food and drink vendors.
