Square 46 is a new 27,088 SF multi story mixed use development on Government Street in Baton Rouge, LA. This project included 6 apartment units totaling over 9,531 SF which was completely finished out and an additional 17,557 SF of shell tenant space that will be constructed for future tenant build outs.
White Star Market consisted of a 6,000 SF build-out at Square 46. It was a contemporary gourmet food hall which housed many of the regions most unique food and drink vendors.
