St. John the Baptist Church Renovations - Brusly, Louisiana

This project consisted of a 10,000 square foot renovation and additions to the over 100 year old St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly, LA .  The existing facility was demolished in some areas and stripped down to the studs in others.  New sacristies were added to the church as well as a new entrance and gathering area including a choir loft.  Also, a new annex was built in keeping with the architecture of the church.  Additionally, a new bell tower was added to restore the church to its original appearance and construction.  Every surface of this facility was touched and remodeled in some form or fashion. Faulk and Meek received the 2012 Alliant Build America Award for Building Renovations under $10 Million for this project.
