This was a complete repurposing of the existing LSU Press Building on West Lakeshore Drive in Baton Rouge. The work included extensive architectural, mechanical and electrical demolition operations, reconfiguration of both load and non-load bearing partitions, additions to and renovation of 11,700 square feet converting this project from office building into a new sorority house. Completely new mechanical and electrical and plumbing systems were installed. A fully functioning commercial kitchen was added and every finish was updated. This project required completion in advance of the upcoming LSU Greek Rush Week.
