This project consisted of a new 4900 sf bank branch in Elmwood, LA. The building is equipped with a complete solar array allowing the building to operate independently of the power grid and even return power to the grid during low usage times and a unique geothermal mechanical system. Permeable concrete driveways and underground stormwater detention are also installed to aid storm drainage and mitigate impacts on the City’s storm water infrastructure.
