This project consisted of brand a new two story, 9,640 square foot Operations Building including deep concrete foundations, structural steel frame, slabs on metal deck (second floor and attic), light gauge metal trusses, brick veneer, custom eyebrow canopies, architectural shingle and metal roofing, aluminum framed entrances and storefront, custom millwork and stone tops, site furnishings and canopies, architectural floor coverings, complete VRF/VRV HVAC systems, Custom audio/visual systems, lighting control panels and LED lighting.
